The programme will educate, guide and support you through six 90min live webinars (recorded if you can't make it live) and a dedicated private Facebook group. All the resources you need to make the successful transition to low-carb eating and lifestyle changes will be provided. To keep things more personal and to ensure everyone's needs are met we keep the group size to around 10-12 people.
