Good Morning All,
At our last session we were asked if it was possible to buy pre-prepared celeriac chips. I've had a look online and unfortunately I've not been able to find any. However I did find that Ocado have some root vegetable fries - which are made of carrots, beetroot and parsnip and cost £3.50 for 500g. They have 13.9g of carbs per 100g, so moderate carb, so I would recommend you just have a small portion if you want to try these. They're gluten free, however they do contain rice flour and a few other ingredients. Whilst not ideal, they could be handy to keep in the freezer for when you need an easy option. You might also be interested to know you can buy celeriac remoulade at Waitrose - this is a salad made out of shredded celeriac in a mayonnaise, similiar to the kind you find in France. It has 7.3g/100g of carbs, so is a pretty good low-carb option, which again, might prove convenient when you're short of time or energy. You can find the details here: https://bit.ly/46eRGCa
