Lunch Recipe
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 150g smoked salmon, sliced
- 100g edamame beans
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 150g cucumber, cut into sticks
- 50g almonds
- 1 cup strawberries
- Wasabi and soy sauce for dipping
Method:
1. Arrange smoked salmon, edamame beans, cucumber sticks, almonds, and strawberries on a platter.
2. Serve with small bowls of wasabi and soy sauce.
Tip: you could also add some avocado for more healthy fat and protein
