Recipe
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 4 large eggs
- 50g bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 50g mushrooms, sliced
- 20 g butter or olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter and cook mushrooms in a pan until browned.
3. Add whisked eggs and bacon, scramble until eggs are cooked.
