Lunch recipe
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 cooked chicken breasts
- 200g cauliflower florets
- 200g broccoli florets
- 100g grated cheddar cheese
- 100ml double cream
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
-Method:
1. Steam cauliflower and broccoli until slightly tender.
2. In a bowl, mix double cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the steamed vegetables in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over them.
4. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
5. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
6. Serve with the cooked chicken breasts
