Lunch recipe
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 100g prosciutto
- 100g salami slices
- 150g brie cheese
- 150g cheddar cheese
- 150g grapes
- 50g walnuts
- Mustard and/or low-carb jam for dipping
Method:
1. Arrange prosciutto, salami, and cheeses on a platter.
2. Add grapes and walnuts around the meats and cheeses.
3. Serve with small bowls of mustard and/or low-carb jam.
