Lunch recipe
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 150g cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 medium avocado, diced
- 50g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 30g cucumber, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 30g parmesan cheese grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 30g walnuts
- Method:
1. In a bowl, combine chicken, avocado, tomatoes, walnuts and cucumber.
2. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Toss gently, sprinkle with parmesan and enjoy!
