Dinner recipe
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 400g grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 tablespoons Caesar dressing (low carb)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Toss chopped lettuce with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Top with grilled chicken, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing.
