Recipe
Ingredients (2 Servings):
- 1 large cucumber, sliced or cubed
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
-garnish with some sliced radish and red onion (optional)
Method:
1. Combine cucumbers, feta, and mint in a bowl.
2. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
3. Top with the sliced radish and red onion if required
