Lunch recipe
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 100g feta cheese, cubed
- 100g pancetta pork
- 50g kalamata olives
- Tzatziki and hummus for dipping
- 50g walnuts
Method:
1. Arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta, and olives on a platter.
2. Serve with small bowls of tzatziki and hummus.
3. Add walnuts around the platter.
