Dinner recipe
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 2 salmon fillets (150g each)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Method:
1. Mix lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Marinate salmon in the mixture for 30 minutes.
3. Grill salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
