Here's an idea for a high protein, satisfying breakfast (or lunch): a piece of smoked makerel, which I microwave for 20-25 seconds to heat it up. I generally pull the skin off the back first whilst it's still cold as its much easier to do. I then serve it with a sauteed tomato, poached egg and sprinkle the whole thing with some grated cheese. This makes a tasty quick, high protein, nutrient dense meal that will keep you feeling full for hours!
