Dinner recipe
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 4 lamb chops (150g each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Method:
1. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
2. Brush lamb chops with the mixture.
3. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
