Ingredients:
- 150g chicken breast
- 50g fresh spinach
- 30g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Cut a pocket in the chicken breast, stuff with spinach and feta, season with salt and pepper, and bake until cooked through.
