Recipe
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 can (150g) tuna in water, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 30g celery, finely chopped
- 30 g red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Large lettuce leaves for wrapping
- 30g chunk of hard cheese e.g. Cheddar or Emmental
- 30g mixed nuts
- Method:
1. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion and lemon juice in a bowl.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Spoon into lettuce leaves and wrap.
4. Serve with the cheese and nuts
