We recommend this simple recipe for crackers made just with seeds and psyllium husk - low carb, very nutritious and tasty. You can add other seasonings such as caraway seeds, but its up to you. Seen here with cheese and a little cranberry chutney. Credit to Paul Andrew for this great recipe!

Ingredients:
100g sunflower seeds
100g pumpkin seeds
100g sesame seeds
60 g flax seeds
3 tbls psyllium husk
400 ml water
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Mix everything together in a bowl and leave to stand for 15 mins
Spread a thin layer on baking paper on baking trays *
Cook for 2 hours in a cool oven - Gas mark 2/130C fan assisted oven
Can turn over after one hour (optional)
*Tip: Divide the mixture into 2 halves. With each half, put between 2 sheets of greaseproof paper and using a rolling pin to roll the mixture as thin as possible (just 1 seed thick). Either put rolled mixture (on its greaseproof paper) onto a large baking tray or put it straight onto the oven shelf.
