Dinner recipe
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 medium-sized spaghetti squash
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 225 mls double cream
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Roast spaghetti squash in the oven and shred with a fork.
2. Cook shrimp in a pan until pink.
3. Add heavy cream and Parmesan, stir until the sauce thickens.
4. Season with salt and pepper, serve over spaghetti squash.
