Following our successful bid for funds from the National Lottery Community Fund we have set up a Nutrition and Health Club for people with ME/CFS and Long Covid. This club will run for 12 months starting March 2023. You can join at any time during this 12 months and catch up with missed webinars and resources.

The aim of the club is to educate and support people with ME/CFS or long covid through a series of monthly webinars looking at a range of nutrition topics relevant to this group of people and also discuss the latest research developments around nutrition and these illnesses. We have also set up a private Facebook group to support members to make dietary and lifestyle changes that may improve their condition over time, to enable peer support and to answer questions or provide other relevant resources that may be useful.
