Recipe
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 6 large eggs
- 100g mushrooms, sliced
- 50g goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Sauté mushrooms in olive oil until browned.
3. Whisk eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
4. Pour eggs over mushrooms, add crumbled goat cheese.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the frittata is set.
