Ingredients (2 serving):
- 4 large eggs
- 10g butter, melted
- 50g grated cheddar cheese
- 50g fresh spinach, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Grease a muffin tin with butter and line each cup with fresh spinach.
3. Crack an egg into each cup, season with salt and pepper, and top with grated cheese.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until eggs are set.
