Recipe
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 2 large eggs
- 1 avocado, halved
- 2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Scoop out a bit of flesh from each avocado half.
3. Crack an egg into each avocado half, top with bacon.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until eggs are cooked.
