Just a reminder about how tasty and useful celeriac is and it actually takes very little time to prepare. I usually chop it into small pieces - about 1cm square, and boil up in water for about 15 minutes until soft. I then drain it and throw into the food processor with a little seasoning along with a little butter, cream or, as shown below, sour cream. It makes a very smooth and creamy vegetable, and sour cream makes it a bit fresher in taste. Yesterday we had a tomato, onion, garlic vegetable mix, with fish and celeriac for dinner - it was very tasty. Apologies, I'm not an expert at food photography!
