Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 200g fresh tuna steak
- 100g fresh spinach
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
For the dressing:
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium if preferred)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the dressing. Set aside.
